The 3rd meeting of the National Working Group within the project "From Waste to Energy for the Cement Industry in the Western Balkans", was implemented by GIZ Albania in collaboration with ANTEA Cement Sh.A , Co- PLAN Institute for Habitat Development and Albanian Manufacturers Union.
With the presence of all actors and other interest groups, the final results of the work were discussed, and ideas were thrown on the forms of efficient implementation of sustainable business models, that are actively engaged in the collection and reuse of recyclable waste for the production of cement.
Albanian Manufacturers Union, as co-implementer of this project was represented at this table with the presence of its Secretary General Mr. Arben Shkodra, who presented a presentation about the importance of: Improving the Legal Framework for the co-processing of waste as an alternative fuel at the local and national level in the Republic of Albania 
During the roundtable, were discussed very tangible issues that enabled an even clearer view of the conditions in which our country is in relation to this focus, as well were presented very efficient ideas through hybrid presentations that helped an even more practical implementation of the project in totality.
