Z. Vullnet Haka, Kryetar i Komitetit t\u00eb Politikave p\u00ebr Tregun dhe Konkurrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin e Prodhuesve Shqiptar\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi qart\u00ebsim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb procesit dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, mund\u00ebsimin e monitorimit t\u00eb metod\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve fundore t\u00eb furnizimit me energji elektrike.
