Takimi erdhi si nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e organizatave t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme t\u00eb biznesit parashtruar n\u00eb takimin e 10<sup>-t\u00eb<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Investimeve. Kodi i ri Doganor \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb korrik 2014 dhe hyn plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb 1 qershor 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333;\">Kodi i ri \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me direktivat e BE-s\u00eb dhe ofron nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb procedurash m\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshtuara p\u00ebr bizneset eksportuese dhe importuese. Dispozita zbatuese t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb ri jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur tashm\u00eb nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Doganave pran\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave dhe pritet t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi s\u00eb bashku me Kodin Doganor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333;\">Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb DPD-s\u00eb prezantuan n\u00eb takim disa nga aspektet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Kodit me impakt n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e biznesit me administrat\u00ebn doganore si, deklarimet n\u00eb dogan\u00eb, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr aplikim p\u00ebr procedura t\u00eb thjeshtuara, regjimet doganore, etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333;\">Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb biznesit kan\u00eb paraqitur pran\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave dhe paraqiten edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim disa nga shqet\u00ebsimet mbi procedurat doganore, t\u00eb ngritura edhe n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Investimeve, t\u00eb cilat adresojn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje si; skanimi i konteniereve, p\u00ebrdorimi i \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e detyrimeve n\u00eb dogana, klasifikimi tarifor i mallrave, aplikimi kontrolleve fizike, etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; color: #333333;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb takimit, n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e
