Krahasuar me vitin e kaluar v\u00ebrehet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim prej 5 vendesh dhe nj\u00eb pozicionim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb raport vihet re se faktor\u00ebt m\u00eb problematik p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb biznes, i cil\u00ebsuar si i till\u00eb nga drejtuesit e sip\u00ebrmarrjeve shqiptare, jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>taksat, me 21.7 pik\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>korrupsioni me 16.4 pik\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>aksesi n\u00eb finance 10.3 pik\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>rregullimi i taksave 9.3 pik\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>qeverisje ineficiente dhe burokratike 7.2 pik\u00eb;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>vijon me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>forca e pap\u00ebrshtatshme e pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>inflacioni;<\/li>\n<li>etika e ul\u00ebt e forc\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>deri te shqet\u00ebsimet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regjimi i monedhave t\u00eb huaja;<\/li>\n<li>dhe rregullat kufizuese t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb renditjen e vitit 2016 kishte qen\u00eb korrupsioni shqet\u00ebsimi kryesor, me 23.6 pik\u00eb, i ndjekur nga taksat me 21.3 pik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Raporti i konkurrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb globale merr n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb 12 shtylla kryesore : institucionet; infrastruktura; mjedisi makroekonomik, sh\u00ebndeti dhe edukimi par\u00ebsor; edukimi i lart\u00eb dhe trajnimi; eficienca e tregjeve; eficienca e tregjeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs; zhvillimet e tregut financiar; teknologjia; madh\u00ebsia e tregjeve; sofistikimi i bizneseve; novacioni.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka renditjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb treguesin e sh\u00ebndetit dhe edukimit primar, ku renditet n\u00eb vendin e 36.
