N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim p\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb prodhuesve ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, si bim\u00eb medicinale, agroindustri, blegtori, hortikulture, zejtari, etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb u diskutuan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tryeze, pasi u materializuan n\u00eb dokumenta ju d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb form\u00eb propozimesh p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e zhvillimit t\u00eb bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale dhe agrobiznesit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Zhvillimit Rural, Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Financ\u00ebs, si dhe Ministrit t\u00eb Shteti p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Sip\u00ebrmarrjes.<\/p>\n<p>Propozimet dhe k\u00ebrkesat e parashtruara jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hartimin dhe zbatimin e platform\u00ebs elektronike n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi dhe agrobiznes<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Karta Elektronike e Fermerit;<\/li>\n<li>Regjistri Elektronik i Ferm\u00ebs dhe Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Bujq\u00ebsor (SHBB);<\/li>\n<li>Qendra Komb\u00ebtare e Regjistrimit t\u00eb Agrobiznesit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u00ebr kooperimin, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr konsolidimin e shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit bujq\u00ebsor;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Faljen e disa detyrimeve t\u00eb prapambetura p\u00ebr disa qindra fermer\u00eb e subjekte t\u00eb agrobiznesit, q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb grant i dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb fermer\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb nga qeveria e Japonis\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 1999-2005;<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u00ebr uljen e kostos s\u00eb prodhimit dhe krijimin e leht\u00ebsive, p\u00ebr tregtimin e tepric\u00ebs s\u00eb produkteve t\u00eb prodhuara
