\"▶️\" The National Team for the Drafting of Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) held the opening event on the presentation of the Strategy (S3), where the Albanian Manufacturers Union, was represented by its General Secretary Mr. Arben Shkodra, as a member of the S3 National Team. Mr. Shkodra was part of the presentation panel, together with the head of the S3 National Team, Mrs. Linda Pustina and the director of SASPAC, simultaneously a member of the S3 Interministerial Committee, Mr. <\/a>Ilir Beqaj.<\/p>\n\n

\"▶️\" An important part of this meeting was the welcoming speech of Deputy. Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania Mrs. Belinda Balluku, at the same time head of the Interministerial Committee of S3, which emphasized the importance and support of the Albanian government regarding this strategy, as a powerful instrument in the economic development of the country based on knowledge and innovation.<\/p>\n\n

\"▶️\" Another important moment in this opening event was the presence of the representatives of the Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation of the European Commission (JRC), who welcomed the initiative undertaken and emphasized the continuous support related to this process.<\/p>\n\n

\"▶️\" The opening event gathered representatives from the 4 Helix of the country such as: central and local government, academia, entrepreneurship and civil society, where every of them play a very special role in the drafting of this strategic document, which leads our country towards economic development in an intelligent way .<\/p>\n\n
