The Albanian Manufacturers Union, offered a cycle of trainings related to the process of circulation and electronic invoicing (otherwise called fiscalization), which will start to be implemented next year. This training cycle is implemented in cooperation with the company NEXIA AL, which is in charge of the processing and certification of the BILLY BRIDGE software.
Mr. Elton Haxhi (former Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy) presented this electronic platform in detail in a duration of 2-hours meeting. The issues he addressed are:
• Do you know how to create a taxpayer profile before you start issuing invoices?
• How to register electronic devices
• How to register the operator
• Can an economic entity engage another economic entity to perform electronic invoicing on its behalf?
• Do you know how many types of bills there are?

• Which is the procedure for electronic invoices, correction invoices and accompanying invoices in transport?
• How can you declare VAT books?
