The National Business Center informs the subjects regarding the legal obligation to file financial statements for 2018, that those subjects who have applied online through the e-albania portal until 31.07.2019, (24:00) and it results that the application of they have received an application number (CN…), but due to the large flow of applications at the same time it has become impossible to complete and send the financial statements in the correct way, no administrative offense will be applied based on Article 74 , point 3 of law no. 9723, dated 03.05.2007, “On Business Registration”.

Meanwhile, all these entities that applied, but did not successfully finalize the application for the aforementioned reason, must complete the application started even after 31.07.2019, and send the 2018 financial statements to the National Business Center in a definitive way until 30.09.2019.
